Morgan Bfd is more than just a champion in the making she is already proving herself. She is currently competing at Intro and I fully expect her to easily manage One* or higher if the rider is capable.
Her first official horse trials at Werribee Park saw her do cross country without any jumping faults, showjumping with just a couple of rails because the course was a bit tighter than the rider expected (didn't walk it) and a great job in her first dressage test that included canter - specially considering half the arena was under water! She did as good in her test as she did in her training at home and she slept in the yard while she was plaited and unplaited.
 
Since then she has jumped 90cm at Tonimbuk freshmans without fault.
Been hunting with a rider who "doesn't jump" and ended up doing trios with the master over 1 metre panels.
Stood quietly in the horsefloat on the side of the freeway for two hours waiting for a rescue
And generally increased her training in preparation for Friends of Werribee in 6 weeks.
She is bred to event - her sire is a son of the International GP dressage horse Mountbatten and from a performance TB mare.
Her dam is by Rembrandt (exp US showjumper) and also from a perfomance proven TB x ASH family.
She hacks out alone or in company, she is easy to load, she has no vices.

Dam: Red River BFD: One of our best Holsteiner mares by the Romedio stallion Rembrandt and tracing back to the brilliant thoroughbred progenitor Midway Star. From this mare came Art Utendaal's Grand Prix jumping horse Mr Ed and the famous Ashleigh breeding line via the Flaneur daughter Fleur. Red River has a full brother and sister exported to USA and progeny exported to Asia. We are retaining two daughters of Red River by Rabino (frozen semen x Ramiro) and Budweizer (imported by Burgraff x Voltaire).
Morgan is a horse for someone who wants to do advanced competition on a horse that is easy to ride, train and manage.

Morgan's jumping ability comes from both sides of the family and while she isn't extravagent she is careful and has great technique. She also has a very balanced canter that will strengthen with more training and she changes easily to either lead between and over the jumps although she hasn't been trained in flying changes yet.
