Due to our many years of record keeping we expect our
youngsters to grow 10 cms (1 hand) from 24 months.
Dillon - a pretty boy at 12 months and now talking to dad.
 
Dillon has a great future with someone who wants to go as far as they can in dressage. He will be ready to start under saddle in the next year and should show his potential as both a dressage horse and even an eventer over the next few years.
He will mature to a nice height for the average sized rider and has great, dense bone. However, he moves lightly across the ground as is very well balanced. |
Sire: Don Duchovy. The first crop of foals from this powerful young stallion are definitely going to impress riders and breeders alike.
Dam: Rapport Bfd. This quality mare carries the blood of Romedio, Siegfried and the magnificent TB Tiffiny (dam of GP Dressage horse Mountbatten. Rapport is a tall elegant mare, very close coupled with great legs and a strong back. Dillon is her first foal (perhaps why he is a bit smaller than expected). She is 171 cm - nearly 17hh. (below)
From his sire Dillon has inherited a very pleasant temperament and lovely soft and athletic movement.
From his dam he has a compact and powerful frame, long legs and obvious UPHILL conformation and movement.
